Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data CRYPTORA24 (the cryptora24.com website, the personal account, the Telegram bot and the Mini App — together the "Platform", "we", "us") collects, why we need it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

1. What data we collect

Data you give us

  • your email address and password — the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash, we never see the password itself;
  • the wallet addresses you enter for withdrawals;
  • the messages you send to support.

Data from Telegram

When you start the bot or open the Mini App, Telegram passes us your numeric Telegram ID, username (@username), first name and interface language. We do not receive your phone number or contacts.

Transaction data

  • the personal deposit address (USDT, TRC20 network) issued to your account;
  • deposits, accruals, reinvestments, withdrawals and their statuses;
  • your participation in the referral program: who invited you and whom you invited.

Technical data

  • IP address, browser and device type — when you sign in and act in your account;
  • sign-in history and active sessions;
  • cookies (section 6).

2. Why we use your data

  • to create and maintain your account and let you sign in on the website and in the Mini App;
  • to credit deposits, accrue profit and process withdrawals;
  • to run the referral program;
  • to send notifications about transactions and security — by email and through the Telegram bot;
  • to protect accounts and the Platform: preventing fraud, password guessing and abuse;
  • to answer support requests;
  • to comply with the law and resolve disputes.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal bases

  • performance of a contract — the data is needed to provide the service: keep your account, carry out transactions, send notifications;
  • legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, improving the Platform;
  • legal obligation — keeping transaction records, responding to lawful requests from authorities;
  • consent — where it is required; you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share data with

Only to the extent needed to run the Platform:

  • infrastructure providers — server hosting, email delivery, blockchain data access;
  • Telegram — to deliver bot messages;
  • public authorities — when the law requires it.

Transactions on the TRON blockchain are public by nature: the address, amount and time of a transfer are visible to anyone. Nobody, including us, can change or delete blockchain records.

5. How long we keep data

  • account data — for as long as the account exists;
  • transaction records — as long as needed for settlements, dispute resolution and legal compliance, including after the account is closed;
  • technical logs and ended sessions — for a limited time, then deleted.

6. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies:

  • a session cookie — to keep you signed in;
  • a language cookie — to remember your language.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies from third-party services. If you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to sign in.

7. How we protect data

  • connections to the Platform are encrypted (HTTPS);
  • passwords are stored only as hashes;
  • links in our emails are single-use and expire after a limited time;
  • access to data is limited to those who need it to run the Platform.

No system is completely secure. Never share your password or codes from our emails with anyone, and contact support right away if you see activity in your account that you did not perform.

8. Your rights

You can:

  • find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your account and data — except data we must keep by law or for settlements;
  • object to or restrict processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on it;
  • file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise a right, write to support@cryptora24.com from the email linked to your account, or contact support in Telegram. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

9. Age

The Platform is intended only for persons over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if such data reaches us, we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. We share data only with parties that protect it at least as well as described in this Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with its update date. We will tell you about significant changes through the Platform, by email or through the Telegram bot.
